Rocky Mountain Rehab provides several services including life care planning, vocational rehabilitation, and professional medical case management. We work with individuals with disabilities and chronic health concerns and to persons who have been injured in accidents. We work closely with the individual’s medical providers and with attorneys if legal issues are present.
